NET-COM is a European project that aims at boosting the Covenant of Mayors at national level by creating Covenant Clubs in several countries.
The Covenant Clubs are to ensure better communication and exchanges among local authorities in order to improve their own capacities and effectiveness to achieve the Covenant objectives.
12 Covenant Clubs have been created in Europe. Climate Alliance is in charge of three Covenant Clubs:

The project, funded by the Intelligent Energy-Europe programme, is carried out by a consortium of 12 local and regional authorities’ network from the European, national and regional levels. NET-COM started on the 1st of June 2011 and will end in November 2013.
