The Association
The “Climate Alliance of European Cities with Indigenous Rainforest Peoples” has an internationally composed board and its activities are coordinated by the European Secretariat. There are as well additional agencies: an office in Brussels and several national and regional offices.
These offices act in the interest of the members and connect different local, national, European and international political levels regarding climate protection, biodiversity and forest preservation. Furthermore they consult and support the members in joint projects, develop recommendations of action and conduct various campaigns concerning climate protection and preservation of the rainforests.
| At the International Annual Conference and General Assembly the members discuss central topics of the association, key activities and positions and meet for the exchange of experience.
